Serenity Hills is a low-intensity residential halfway house for individuals who are dually diagnosed with both a mental health and an addictions diagnosis. We are the only halfway house in South Dakota to serve this population. Individuals receiving services at Serentiy Hills participate in aftercare programming, seek employment within the community and receive ongoing therapeutic support from staff and other residents. We are staffed by a mental health counselor, two certified addictions counselors and medical staff. Serenity Hills also houses a detoxification facility for individuals seeking detoxification from alcohol or substances.
