Birth to Three Program offers free developmental screenings for children under three years of age. This program helps families detect developmental delays that affect their children and find resources to assist them in providing therapy services for their child. Referrals can be made by parents, physicians, or any concerned person. The counties served are Roberts, Codington, Clark, Hamlin, & Deuel.
