Welcome to humanserviceagency.org, Internet home of HSA Behavioral Health and ATCO. We are located in Watertown, South Dakota. The Human Service Agency is unique to the state of South Dakota as we are the only Adjustment Training Center and Community Mental Health Center located within one agency. Annually, we serve more than 2000 people. Services are provided to individuals with developmental disabilities, those struggling with chemical and gambling addictions; people diagnosed with a mental illness through case management, psychiatric care and counseling; and to individuals coping with a depressed mood, anxiety, marital stress, co-occurring disorders or other life stresses. The Human Service Agency is divided into ATCO and Behavioral Health. This website will provide you with information on the different programs and services that the Human Service Agency offers to improve the quality of life for individuals from all backgrounds.
