Who are we
We are a Community Support Provider and Community Behavioral Health Center with a mission to provide high quality human services that enable people to develop their fullest potential while maintaining the highest standard of ethical and fiscal responsibility. The Human Service Agency offers services to over 2700 individuals a year in Watertown, Sisseton, and Milbank.
